DETROIT SHOW DETAILS
2006 North American International Auto Show, Cobo Center, downtown Detroit
Show Dates: Jan. 8-10 (press days); Jan. 11-12 (supplier days); Jan. 13 (charity preview); Jan. 14-22
Public hours: 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday Jan. 14 through Saturday Jan. 21 (no admittance after 9 p.m.); 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday Jan. 22. (no admittance after 6 p.m.)
Tickets: $12, $6 for those 65 and older, $5 for children 7-12, and children 6 and under free when accompanied by an adult. Tickets can be purchased at the Cobo Center box office or through Ticketmaster. E-tickets and more show information are available at www.naias.com.


LA SHOW DETAILS
2006 LA Auto Show, Los Angeles Convention Center
Show Dates: Jan. 4 and 5 (media days); Jan. 6-15
Public hours: 11 a.m.-10:30 p.m. Fridays;, 9a.m.-10p.m. Saturdays; 9a.m.-8p.m. Sundays; 11a.m.-10p.m. Monday-Thursday
Tickets: $10, $7 for those 65 and older on weekdays, and children 12 and under free when accompanied by an adult. $2-off weekday discount coupons are available at participating Southern California new car dealerships.
